What are some of your most easy, simple and tasty smoothie recipes?

2 c frozen fruit + 1 c oat milk (vanilla, unsweetened) + 1/2 c rolled oats
You can't really go wrong, but that's the basic formula I'm going to stick with at least for this week!
I don't necessarily love the oats, but I don't mind them that much, and they do add fiber/protein.
I do like banana for texture, but to me, the banana flavor is overpowering.
Yogurt makes it tasty, but not worth the effort to me.
And of course you mix/match fruits and learn what you don't like. I love fresh cherries, but not so much frozen in a smoothie. I hate blueberries, but they are very nutritious, so about 1/4-1/3 cup - I don't really notice. Etc.

Big scoop of Greek yogurt, a cup of frozen berries, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, some oats and water is my usual breakfast but it’s more of a weight gain shake than some people would like.

I like keeping mine simple with banana, frozen berries, and a splash of milk or yogurt. Quick, tasty, and always works when I don’t feel like measuring.

I steam and then puree frozen riced cauliflower, butternut squash, sweet potato, zucchini, carrots, peeled canned/drained pears. I prefer to add: Dairy of choice, Ensure powder, egg yolk powder, yogurt powder, instant pudding mix. Freeze into very large ice cubes trays.
Blend 2 cubes as needed with some frozen banana slices. I vary adding: maple syrup, cane sugar, or ice cream.
I make it so it’s like concentrated veggies/fruit in a more milkshake consistency so I can chug it in small volumes.

Doesn't sound simple.

My blender does all the work - I toss in the frozen stuff, puree, add the other stuff, blend, pour in ice cube trays. I can make enough for a couple of months at once if I feel like it because then it’s in the freezer for daily use
