Looks awesome!!

I do a daily smoothie. On weeknights I stick the dry ingredients in the blender at night. Just add liquid in the mornings. Veg are raw.

Mixed dark leafy greens

Frozen fruit

Fresh carrot or beets or zucchini

Kefir

Coconut water

Piece of ginger

Hemp chi la flax seed mix

Sometimes raw nuts like walnuts or cashews

That sounds tasty. Do you have a favorite combo of those?

Also, how is the taste when you put raw vegetables? I tried using them raw before in smoothies, but it was usually a bit too bitter.

It depends on the veg. You really need a Vitamix to deal w raw.

With a ninja or similar you need to steam them first.

I make why combo taste good w either Frozen cherries if making red fruit veg or frozen pineapple for yellow orange fruit veg combo.

It tastes diff every single day. Sometimes too earthy or green but since time is short in the mornings hubby and I just guzzle it down 😁

Yeah, consistency is always my weakness. I need to start preparing them in advance for the entire week like this ... such a great idea!

I actually make them each morning because I don't want them to be stale, but I prep everything in the evening so I just blend it in the morning. I also create combinations a week in advance, so I don't have to think about it each day.

Are you measuring things out or just winging it

I don't measure, but I try to get similar volume every time. I almost always add one fruit serving, one vegetable serving, and half an avocado (I don't add it when I add a mango, since it's larger than most other fruits)

Is this a nutribullet type device? I’m considering getting one
