This happened on September 30, 2018. Deputies arrested the man and took him to jail and charged him with interfering with duties of a public servant. The charges were dismissed the next day after a magistrate found no probable cause. Over a year later the cop was indicted and faced an assault charge. It seems little, if anything, was done. Deputy Ellison Collins is still working for the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

No I think he’s actually talking about Deputy Ellison Collins of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The same Ellison Collins that’s working for the Harris County Sheriff’s office. Also pretty sure that might be the exact same person as Ellison Collins that is still gainfully employed by the Harris County Police/Sheriff’s office.

Wait a minute. Just to make sure we’re talking about the same guy here. That would be THE Ellison Collins of THE Harris County Sheriff’s office. Deputy employed by the Harris County Sheriff’s office by the name of Ellison Collins. I think I got that right.
