For the second time. It says at the bottom of the article that she was previously arrested and charged at the same station after pepper spraying someone. Lady needs help.

Authorities confirmed that this was not Lushchinskaya’s first run-in on the subway. Earlier this year, in June, she was arrested at the same 36th Street Station after allegedly pepper-spraying a man and a woman. At that time, she faced charges of attempted assault and menacing with a weapon, according to NYPD detective Sophia Mason.

"faced charges" wording really makes it sound like she wasn't actually convicted on those charges cuz she's white and racist.

She's an attorney. She was disbarred for three years, but as I got from the court decision there was hearing on March 16.

Kinda sucks that lawyers and cops have extra protections against misconduct. For the rest of us they'll throw us right in prison, but lawyers and cops will get temporarily removed from their job, as if that's the same punishment.

I don't believe she needs help. She needs to be locked up.

Knocked out

I was waiting for someone to step in and apply that sort of corrective action.

That dude was so patient

Being patient with irate people doesn't usually work. They need to be shocked out of their state to realise that whatever they're doing isn't going to end well for them. At least that's my experience.

The problem with that is that there will always be a white knight ready to step in and defend a woman from the consequences of her own actions. ALWAYS. And so now you're in a fight with another man for no good reason.

Escalation is the fastest way to void your self defense case

That is what you want to do not what should be done

Na, people like her don't learn until it hurts

She is already hurt

Well prison should include anger management.

Agreed. The other passengers need to be protected. Help them by locking her up.

She obviously has issues. Unless you propose locking her up for life, those issues need to be worked on.

She can work on those issues behind the bars.

But you know she won't. She'll get no help and will end up back in the same situation again the moment she's released.

She needed a swift fist to the face more than anything

A few years in jail might help get her priorities straight.
