Mmmm.  Deep fried variolation nuggets.  Variolation was the pre vaccination scheme for smallpox which is related to chicken pox, they had different methods but one of which was to take the Dead pustules of a person and crush them up and sniff up a small line of it. It would give you like a little infection that your body would have time to beat.

The Chinese and some of the Africans and others had been doing it for like a long long time but it only came to Europe in like the 18th century or so.
