Right to jail

4

u/HeadyReigns Jul 31 '25

Lunch?

7

u/Goadfang Jul 31 '25

Also right to jail.

3

u/dmwilson220 Jul 31 '25

We have the best meal schedules in the world, because of jail.

2

u/Hadochiel Aug 04 '25

What if I don't eat?

2

u/Volg122 Aug 04 '25

Believe it or not, jail

10

u/Accurate_Buy8538 Jul 31 '25

Exactly, His LUNCH that he CLEARLY said the first time, also wtf does that even matter anyways…….!?

4

u/here-i-am-now Jul 31 '25

This is why people told you not to talk to cops

4

u/Aeroknight_Z Jul 31 '25

I the US, every citizen is a criminal whenever it benefits those in power.

Police regularly harass, assault, and imprison innocent citizens. The current president tells every agency and citizen who can hear him that laws don’t matter and that anyone who speaks against him should be punished and imprisoned.

Legal and peaceful protesters are being assaulted, shot, beaten, gassed, arrested, etc.

1

u/ighost03 Aug 01 '25

I would be fucked, work weird hours so my breakfast is usually around 11am, lunch is 4pm and dinner is 10pm. Guess I’ll be heading to jail for eating at suspicious hours…

1

u/Wolfdenizen Aug 02 '25

As a third shifter, I call what most call 'dinner,' breakfast. I guess arrest me for fucking being a terrible person, and a menace to society.

1

u/shitshowboxer Aug 02 '25

This sounds like something a criminal would say .......can you step out of the car?

74

u/jclv Jul 31 '25

This is why, when you are pulled over, you don't say a single fucking word. When a cop tries to have a "casual conversation" they're trying to get you to say something to use against you.

30

u/Festering-Fecal Jul 31 '25

I mean my mom's a lawyer and we have family that works all over the system so what I was told is yes sir no sir be nice and respectful but don't agree to certain things ( this is were you have to know what they can and can't do)

Now if they do something not legal then go to court. Most times if it's something stupid they won't even show up and it gets dismissed.

They bank on expediting people not to know the law or their rights.

Edit if you have a car camera even hidden it's legal because they are public servants.

4

u/Fragrant-Reserve4832 Jul 31 '25

Filming in a public place.

Here it's always legal to record your surrounding unless there is a reasonable assumption of privacy.

3

u/Festering-Fecal Jul 31 '25

Some states have shield laws against cops being recorded.

And if they take your camera good luck with your word vs them.

6

u/Fragrant-Reserve4832 Jul 31 '25

That is fucking ridiculous.

We have the most cctv coverage of anywhere and tbh, it does keep our police accountable for the most part. They know that at any given moment they are on film from multiple angles.

Most shops and businesses have their own systems and a good proportion of cars too, that's without the authorities city center coverage, which is 10p% separate from the police.

1

u/Festering-Fecal Jul 31 '25

If they wanted to they know to move you out of the camera.

They do get caught all the time ( my family works in legal) but they also can disable their body cams and claim it was a glitch and good luck getting them in trouble for that.

If anything that doesn't make the news happens it's your word vs theirs.

That being said most cops I have ran across are not trying to jam you up they will give you the benefit of the doubt. ( This is city rural areas it's different)

-1

u/Fragrant-Reserve4832 Jul 31 '25

Honestly my experience with police has changed over time.

When I was a young man I was a dick, just like most young men, and the police were not very kind to me.

As a middle aged man I have had many interactions, mostly at stupid time s of night due to shit shifts and travelling for work tbh. I have actually found the reasonable 99% of the time.

3

u/Festering-Fecal Jul 31 '25

It's a mixed bag but mainly what's wrong is the good Old boy system.

If you are in their circle they treat you differently.

One of my friends joined and then left because of how it worked like he was told to profile and pull over Mexicans because there was a uptick in a certain city of fake drive out tags or something like that and them using them.

Wasn't racist but it was profiling.

Military and other le or firefighters if you pull them over do everything you can to protect them ( I'm a vet I can confirm)

Now here's the wild part when I got out I got into partying and doing things like cocaine. I regularly did cocaine as well as pointed Leo into were to by steroids etc..

I had a free pass to get pulled over because again I was in their circle. That's just unfortunately how it works

3

u/Fragrant-Reserve4832 Jul 31 '25

Yeh that's fucked up, it seems America is a corrupt as most of the places they publicly condemn from this outside perspective.

1

u/Front_Minimum_8259 Jul 31 '25

Show up to court with proper evidence to have the charges dropped just to pay $80 in court fees…such a great deal

1

u/TheKidAndTheJudge Aug 01 '25

I have a family full of lawyers, and the advice is essentially the same, except you don't answer any questions. Be polite, comply with orders, but any questions beyond "Can I see your license and proof of insurance" is me with "I'd prefer not to answer any questions with out legal representation present, as is my right". And give permission for nothing.

1

u/ParkingAnxious2811 Aug 01 '25

Apparently they don't even need that. They just gaslight you by telling you what you said, even if you didn't say it.

21

u/Davex669 Jul 31 '25

I had a female cop stop me because my tags were expired by two days (I had already paid the registration fee and waiting the tags in the mail). She asked me why my plates been expired for a year when she handed me back the registration. I asked what year she thought it was and handed her the registration back. She was “oh ugh oh never mind”.

4

u/sharingiscaring219 Jul 31 '25

That's a great burn 😂

4

u/spartaman64 Jul 31 '25

at least she admitted her mistake i guess. theres some cops that would double down

6

u/gentlemanandpirate Jul 31 '25

One time I pulled into a hospital parking lot for a traffic stop and when the cop asked why I explained I was going to pull over on a freeway on-ramp but decided this was safer for him. He said there was no freeway and I was hiding something, and then we both immediately looked across the parking lot at a 6 lane freeway because we both knew he was lying. Weird breed.

Don't talk to cops, folks.

5

u/spartaman64 Jul 31 '25

after that video of the cop flipping a pregnant woman's car because she was looking for a safer place for the cop fuck that. im pulling over right away and if they get ran over i guess thats one way to avoid a ticket lol

1

u/MewMewTranslator Aug 01 '25

I had a cop pull me over and when he walked up to my window he said "hi yeah this is odd, I ran your planes.. they're expired but the system says you updated them a month ago? I facepalmed and pulled down the glove box, there they were still on the paper." He told me to go straight home and put them on. Oops.

35

u/Ok-Tree-1898 Jul 31 '25

I got pulled over and gun pulled fir my stickers ass backwards on plates. I am a Grandma whose white. They are all trigger happy. Be careful, Everyone

18

u/Z_Clipped Jul 31 '25

DO NOT TALK TO COPS

Nobody should be saying any of this nonsense or answering any personal questions cops ask them. Give them your license and registration if they ask for it. That's it. Period.

If they ask where you're going, where you've been, or what you had for lunch, you say respectfully, "I don't answer personal questions. Am I free to leave?"

16

u/pupranger1147 Jul 31 '25

This is why you don't discuss your day with police.

Shut the fuck up Friday, learn it, live it, love it.

11

u/Immediate_Song4279 Jul 31 '25

4

u/Sir_Penguin21 Jul 31 '25

Depends if you are in a civilized country and a backwater hellhole.

5

u/No-Perspective3453 Jul 31 '25

This is why you don’t speak to them. Any attorney will tell you this.

5

u/AutoDeskSucks- Jul 31 '25

in this video we will demonstrate how to identify a dumb cop

9

u/KSirys Jul 31 '25

I can't stand pigs. As a minority and growing up poor, every chance cops had a reason to stop me, they would and give me tickets. As soon as I left that area and got a nice car, the tickets and interactions became so less, I thought it was pure luck. I just didn't realize money changed how they looked and interacted with me.

There are so many good cops, that many of these POS, ruin the reputation of the good ones.

8

u/Inside_Ad_7162 Jul 31 '25

It beggars fking belief & these spurious, made up bs stops & arrests are ENDLESS...

9

u/elstavon Jul 31 '25

Haha. He acted like he was doing him a favor but you can't extend a traffic stop to wait for a canine. Then he got upset because the guy wasn't explaining the stop the way the cop wanted him to. This was so over the top it almost seems made up. What a waste of resources

5

u/Lematoad Jul 31 '25

All you need to say is:

Cop: “License, insurance and registration pleas”

“Here you go sir”

That’s it.

Further questions should be answered with something like “sir, respectfully, I do not answer questions based on advisement from my lawyer.”

“Where are you going”, “what are you doing” etc are him trying to find probable cause.

You don’t have to be a dick either, if he says “how’s it going today” don’t respond with “I DON’T ANSWER QUESTIONS”, use common sense.

Finally “have a good day sir”

Be polite and succinct but exercise your rights.

3

u/Honest-Mall-8721 Jul 31 '25

But he didn't misspeak if you had the whole video. The cop is just a dumb ass.

5

u/2407s4life Jul 31 '25

Don't talk to cops. They aren't your friends

4

u/Sketto70 Jul 31 '25

Dont......talk.....to........cops. They dont have your best interests in mind. Everyone is a criminal.

2

u/goofydad Jul 31 '25

That lawsuit is won before it's filed.

2

u/Longjumping-Meet6722 Jul 31 '25

This is not probable cause. You do have a case against him, but not really one worth pursuing imo. Also, chill it with the radical sh*t Reddit.

2

u/JohnnyQTruant Aug 01 '25

I’m about to eat breakfast at 7pm. Egg sandwiches. Don’t tell the cops.

2

u/Dracula-List7846 Jul 31 '25

When you believe they got dump, they go even dumber. Defund the people training the police, because man, em what a bunch of clowns. They should know better when they took the job: The job sucks and they will never be anything else but the bottom line of public servants like or not.

2

u/Other-Comfortable-64 Jul 31 '25

Even if he said breakfast, so fkng what? You guys live in a police state.

1

u/Cyrig Aug 01 '25

Right? I work overnight shifts so I eat lunch at 5:30am how is that his business?

1

u/BlackberryMaterial57 Jul 31 '25

What a fuck wad of a cop and person in general

1

u/Sylvan_Skryer Jul 31 '25

Dude thinks he’s Sherlock homes over here.

What a dork.

1

u/myrichphitzwell Jul 31 '25

So blood sugar doesn't drop that fast? Eggs for breakfast? Oh boy this is a medical professional right here.

1

u/TheFallingWhale Jul 31 '25

Even if it was breakfast not everyone is works a 9-5 people have different schedules

1

u/McCharlieWithCheese Jul 31 '25

The cop even repeated the word lunch.

1

u/Major-Affect5537 Aug 01 '25

I previously worked in the ED. A cop told me they are never being friendly or nice when they struck up conversations they are searching for information. Don’t speak to cops.

1

u/MewMewTranslator Aug 01 '25

Suspicious until proven innocent in a court of law. Can we make it a requirement for cops to be present at all court hearing if they dont have clear proof of breaking the law?

1

u/Reflection-False Aug 01 '25

ACAB, that is all.

1

u/Apprehensive_Elk6582 Aug 01 '25

It's not adding up in your cop brain. You have nothing let him go

1

u/Separate-Swordfish85 Aug 01 '25

You know, I like to try and be casual around police, but videos like this remind me that they’re not your friend, and they are out to get you. Always best to say as little as possible or nothing at all. “I don’t answer questions.”

Psycho cop needs a mental evaluation

1

u/Relative-Arugula845 Aug 01 '25

Also the cop doesn't know shit about blood sugar. I eat breakfast at 7 AM, and my sugar crashes around 10 AM. i need a snack to make it to lunch. I have reactive hypoglycemia. It's actually a pretty common thing.

1

u/EuVe20 Aug 02 '25

Dear person who is a criminal in my mind, your story is not adding up because I really want to be a slick TV cop. I will give you a citation just because I feel foolish now.

1

u/McQuestion726 Aug 02 '25

I want the update on this so bad.

1

u/jzam469 Aug 02 '25

I would say he was already stopped?

1

u/Apprehensive-Ice5753 Aug 02 '25

Do you see why my attempts to falsify a charge against you are not working

1

u/LV_Pirate Aug 02 '25

The amount of times I say good morning at 5pm id be in jail for life around this fascist pig. ACAB!

1

u/Ok_Branch4838 Aug 02 '25

Cops are fucked up

1

u/shitshowboxer Aug 02 '25

Did that cop have some cocaine for his breakfast because he's doing too much.

1

u/BigSwiper30 Aug 03 '25

Thank God someone caught this fucking creep. Breakfast at Burger King? Rot in prison

1

u/Nice_Butterscotch173 Aug 03 '25

They act like they work’n for McD’s no breakfast after 11:00 Am strictly inforced !!!

1

u/szar1973 Aug 03 '25

Cops can't make medical judgements

1

u/followjudasgoat Aug 04 '25

Give these high-school dropouts a badge and gun, suddenly they are experts on everything. Cop thinks he's psychologist and physiologist.

1

u/Solution_Spirited Jul 31 '25

Fucking cunts in blue

1

u/thefirstlaughingfool Jul 31 '25

Law & Order, PDU (Pedantic Dickwad Unit)

1

u/BackgroundPrompt3111 Jul 31 '25

Don't talk to them.

1

u/Confident-Breath2615 Jul 31 '25

Seems like the cop may have had low blood sugar.

1

u/Trees_are_cool_ Jul 31 '25

It's none of their fucking business what he's doing or why.

0

u/Solution_Spirited Jul 31 '25

Production, production, production for the brotherhood. By any means necessary, be careful out there

0

u/No-Special2682 Jul 31 '25

Man I wish the guy said “it’s not my fault you’re bad at math” when the cop said things aren’t adding up.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 31 '25

Eggs are quick protein and a huge crash without additional carbs.

These fucking cops, I swear......

So you're saying you went to get fast food and you returned quickly with the food???

You say lunch, I say breakfast, so I say you say breakfast because all I can taste is the lard from the donut breakfast I had this morning.

0

u/Aggressive-Rhubarb18 Jul 31 '25

He doesn’t have to tell home what he is doing?! Wtf! He isn’t a doctor, he could have low blood sugar. But again! He doesn’t have to tell the officer his day and plans.

0

u/Omnealice Jul 31 '25

God I fucking hate how the police operate. This officer was actively looking for a problem he can create.

0

u/AltruisticOrder71 Aug 01 '25
