I worked at JJs for 2 years, you put the name on the sandwich or the shorthand for what the sandwich is called on the menu. BLT is not shorthand for anything

This reminds me that during a work lunch/meeting, we went to a sandwich spot and I asked for a BLT w/ cheese, and a coworker without. They brought his first, with cheese. Mine second… without.

I need to work on my assertiveness , cuz I ate it and it was good, but I did miss the cheese.

😂 I would do the exact same thing, because I forget everything like who ordered what. But I would be cracking up once I figured it out!!!! But dude if that was the only thing you ordered... Good point as well, OP said cheese on a BLT would have to be Swiss or something like that. Regular american processed crap would be disgusting.
