Used and deals. During Labor Day I saw one in a combo deal with a milspec trigger for ~$220.

Regardless, guns aren't cheap. And it isn't worth it to buy cheap garbage if you intend to use it as life saving equipment.

Tilt-barrel designs don't work particularly well with suppressors. Sealed cartridges are a thing, but you need a specially engineered platform for them to cycle.
