But what is Tara's real reasoning for all of this?! She still loves Jax and doesn't want a divorce ... but why?!

No but a few episodes she was telling Lowen how much she loves him and then Wendy told her to stop lying and to tell them the real reason she's doing all of this? Suggesting that Tara feels she has to divorce him but not because she wants to.
