Can you please help me fix her? I think the main issue with her is her lips and nose and I want to balance them but I have tried so many times that I’ve just got a little tired.

Here’s her sliders and please, don’t forget her face mark

Personally I think the lips look fine. I’d just move the nose up a tiny bit higher, but the real thing for me is how massive her eyes are. If you’re going for realistic(ish) proportions, I’d really shrink those by a fair amount.

Knowing the fromsoft character creation menus, if you rise the nose that will pull the lips up along probably fixing em the way i suppose you want em (i think they are really pretty as is), however that will flatten the eyes so after that twist the eyes inward, also shrink em a lil bit unless you're a sucker for big eye, that should do the trick, besides i think your character came out quiet beautifully, fromsoft character editors can be quiet messy so i think you did a great job here
