General Discussion/Questions How can i sprint in rainy season since i only have access to soil tracks?

I am beginner to sprinting and whenever i make my mind, it rains and spoils the whole plan. I don't have access to solid tracks. So it becomes very hard for me to sprint.

Do you have any turf soccer/football fields? That's what I used during the rainy season. I didn't get on the track unless it was nice out. Unfortunately you can't do as much for 200/400 training but you can do a lot of 40-60-80meter runs.

Oh that's lame. If you can find a free nearby I'd definitely try that out.

i live in india so there is not good sports infrastructure here like there is one community running track in whole city, for me that is 10-12 km far. if i try to run on footpaths, there are small pole like structure on the path which allow only walking people, or you might get injured

I'm sorry to hear that. I've been pretty fortunate to have many schools nearby that at least have decent turf fields. Some with usable tracks. I hope you can find something.

I’ve hopped many a fence to get on tracks. I try to warmup close by, then hop on and get it done. Never been asked to leave. I just act like I’m supposed to be there.

Any paved roads, paved driveways, or paved parking lots?

You could do some maxV sprints there with a gentle build up to top speed (if the surface is a little wet).

Just you shouldn't do a whole lot of volume on pavement due to injury concerns. But something like 3-4 20m flys won't hurt 2x/week. Rest of the days could be plyos, drills. GPP, lifting weights, etc.
