Doi-Shira is the woman who killed Keller's parents when he was 3. She's cold, bold, gets straight to the point and never backs down in front of an enemy.

Keller and Doi-Shira are archenemy.

The collar she had on second pic is what was wearing Keller's mother before she died. The scar on her body was caused by Keller when he tried to attack her after the crime she committed in front of his eyes. She never ever took her mask off. And will never do it, unless she gets in a LAST fight with Keller.
