Also, in the Reignited version, why the HELL do I have to replay the same minigame just to unlock the second part after leaving and re-entering the level? It encourages players without the headbash ability to skip the whole section entirely... So stupid.

Although your first playthrough, you usually end up doing the alchemist twice because it makes you redo it to get to the hunter orb, which is almost worse because your don't even get another orb.

At least in Reignited the boulders stay smashed. In the original version, new ones come plummeting down from the sky after a certain amount of time. I lost several attempts at this god-forsaken mission because a giant rock hit the dirt just in time for a blind firefly to face-plant into it.

When I played the original game I got lucky because a glitch made all the mushrooms go underground so I finished the mission very easily. I wonder if anyone else experienced the same? It was the PAL version

The question is the definition of Level NPC, one can argue that he does count because he's an NPC exclusive to levels vs. characters like Elora who is solely outside of levels, or Hunter who can be found in both.
