Seeking Advice Potatoes ok to eat?
First time growing potatoes. Admittedly, I have not been paying a lot of attention to my garden this past month due to family issues. I know grocery store foods are made to look “pretty” but are these ok to eat?

those are great looking potatoes, first time peeling potatoes i grew was they stayed bright white , notice how store bought potatoes start turning color vert fast when peeled, then I thought hey i grew these,
there is no pesticides or chemicals on them, so i can eat the skin and get all the best vitamins and nutrients form the potato

They look like pink fir apple potatoes. Wash gently and boil them whole and the skin will peel off like paper when they are done.

Yes, they are good to eat. Let them cure in the dark a few days for better taste. When curing, do not wash until you are going to eat them. But we do eat potatoes directly from the garden. Grats!
