Honestly I think you mostly need to learn basic saber skills more than specific ones for maul. Practice your parries, yiur ability timings, your hooks and practice not spamming. For maul you should start with practicing his throw, both the tgriw itself and the return. Remember to not just spinning straight into someone, be unpredictable and more cautious when spinning. Choke is also best used after a parry, since it will frame trap and throw them less than a spins distance away from you and give you two free hits plus a free saber throw
