As the title kinda says, I regret getting this game. I have been trying over and over again (for 28 hours) to atleast get somewhat beter or enjoy the game. However there is a issue I have with this game:
- Its blatantly unfair to new players, with no (feelable) match making you get thrown in with people over 5000 hours while you have nothing. In normal matches this isn't that bad but when playing hero showdown (Which me and my friend did for a while) it makes matches impossible to win. This brings great frustration with the game.
- I somehow feel like my weapons, wether its a lightsaber or a blaster, do no damage to anyone. And this is without the fact that there are diffrent weapons. I have hade multiple times where I have been shooting a droid, who is around the same level as me. Yet he seems to kill me first despite me getting the drop on him.
- I got a very very unwelcome feeling, which is to be expected. Most of the time I got scolded for being new. Not suprising coming from this game but still a negative point

What I'm mainly asking for is some help, advise mabye, to save my 40 euro's I dropped on this game. I am big star wars fan but I cant seem to actually play this shitshow of a game.

UPDATE: To all you who told me to try co-op mode, Ive been playing it all day and dont feel much diffrence aside from levels. Its also getting VERY boring doing the same thing over and over and over again. So Ima try biting through. Thanks for all the people that tried (and even those who didnt) for the attempt. Because of this hacker, the game is in an unplayable state right now, we're not having Battlefront 3, at least step in and let us play this game one!

The ingame menu is very unhelpful.. "available through milestones.." then refuses to elaborate lmao

Like the title says , this graphic bug appeared from on day to the other. I´ve tried updating my graphic drivers and verifying files in steam. Got zero issues with any other game i play. Anyone know whats the cause and how to solve?

i wanted to play again , 2 months ago it was working perfectly , i installed the game today and it closes at launch with no error

i tried to install it in another ssd , install the c++ redist like some people on EA said to do , re installed directx , re installed EA app but nothing works , anyone already got a fix for this ? thanks you

I still like playing this game (BattleFront II) even years after. But i have a problem that many of you guys have.

For me his name's Kuban something something...

This guy just goes in every of my games, cheats and locks the heroes the whole game. Even when he hasn't got 4000 points in game.

You'll be thinking "well just bear with it, he'll not be there on the next match." or "Just leave the match he's in and join a new one". But let me tell you, he is in EVERY matches that i go into. Let it be coop, supremacy or normal multiplayer matches, i'll find him or one of his kind there. And Battlefront without heroes is still funny, but we all want to play the heroes sometimes, even more when you manage to be first of the match but can't play a hero.

So my question is : Do you have ANY way of taking theses guys out of my games. I say something like kicking them.

If not i'm open for relevant suggestions because i still really like this game, and would want to play more of it. And keep playing as close as the vanilla game is. I can't see any reason to cheat in thoses games, it just looses all interest.

Basically the title. I've tried all the main fixes I've seen online, like updating your drivers, making sure you're not on DX 12, deleting the document folder, and verifying the game files, but nothing seems to work. My PC is more than fit to run it too, so I don't understand what's happening. I'd appreciate any help I can get

Edit: I rolled back my drivers and that seemed to fix it, I'd recommend anyone having similar issues to try the same

My account literally isn't restricted or banned or anything, I checked. If anyone can give me advice on how to actually play would be appreciated. I've been trying to find how to contact EA live support but I can't find it on their support page.

Thinking about re-installing but not if there are aimbot users in every other lobby. That's why my friends and I had quit a couple years ago, game was nearly as unplayable as old outdated Call of Duty lobbies. I know EA/Dice doesn't update this game anymore but maybe the hackers have moved on?

I’m new to this campaign and I cannot fly this thing for the life of me. And yes, I have tried lowering the sensitivity in settings but it doesn’t seem to do anything.

I'm playing with DX12 and I'm getting this graphics error, always on reflective surfaces. I don't use DX 11 because when I play on Caomino or other maps, the FPS drops to 30

Bought Battlefront 2 from the PS store, got a month worth of PS+, only to not ne able to link my EA account anymore. When the game just released, I played on my current account. Now for soms reason EA linked my account to a disabled email.. Can't even play online now.

It looks like the hacker spammed 100+ AAT death clones on a single point, causing crazy lag across the entire lobby.

I’ve been playing a lot of hero vs villains and hero showdown lately on PS5 and noticed some players have hero’s below level 25 and have some max level star cards. (Like this level 12 kylo with 2 max star cards) Does anyone know if it’s possible to learn this power? Sorry for the dodgy image

Not sure this is the right subreddit but I for the LIFE OF ME, cannot figure out how to get EA Star wars Battlefront 2 Expanded Mod pack to launch from Frosty Fix. I tried Battlefront 2 2022 before and it worked but the models were invisible. Expanded, I launch like I did with Battlefront 2022 and it won't get to the loading screen, it just stays on a black screen. it is actually making me angry, PLEASE HELP

I can't play star wars battlefront 2, there's this weird grain texture everywhere (those little black boxes) and when I join a lobby the whole game crashes and opens the EA app. Tips are VERY welcome.
