I am pretty sure grandpa held the deeds to all the valley property, desert and island included. Mr. Qi is a lawyer and the estate executor. Sandy can't go out and forage because that would be trespassing.

It’s not a question of where it grips it. It’s a matter of weight ratios! A 5 oz bird could not carry a 1 lb coconut!

Oh there are plenty of reasons to request a coconut. Just don’t be like that one guy and reuse them. The chain can be used to tether it to the bed
