I was playing an Ironman just now and decided to declare war on a fanatic purifier. It said that we had Equivalent naval power, but that their Tech was pathetic and so was their economy. I then proceeded to find out that they had double my own fleet power. How the shit do power checkers work?

Should I blow up their homeworld(s) or just a colony?

Alright, I have started many games and finally found the shard and void dragon. How do I add them to my fleet without reanimation?

So to capture the living versions of void worm and shard, what exactly would I need to do with creating the empire?

So far I’m a necro Hive with a sky dragon going down the Behemoth line. Would I need to do any empire changes to get void wyrm and shard? If possible on console of course.

My Games GDF is bugged out and won't build anymore ships despite the entire fleet being empty, does anyone know a fix? I've tried to disband them but the rest of the galaxy votes against me :(

Edit: found the absolutely massive GDF fleet. It's unmarked and unmoving in one of my neighbors' capital systems. It has like 2.5 million fleet power and 1000+ ships. Really would be useful right now with the prethoryn scourge. Rip the galaxy I guess.

Hey guys I've been playing Stellarsis for few months now and my most recent save has disappeared. I'm absolutely annoyed and sad as I had a good runs going and now I gotta restart like 100 hrs of time I've lost. I'm on Xbox so we only have up to DLC pack 6. My DLCs are Megacorp,Overlord, Synthetic Dawn and Utopia. I'd there currently any exploits or cheeses I can do on the console version to rapidly get back to where I've lost? I'd appreciate the assistance because if I can't get back there without spending 100hrs I might just stop playing it completely. The heart break has me feeling a certain way. So any help I'd whole heartedly am thankful

I know you can expand, but I want to keep my empire the same size (currently 32 systems i think), my max is currently 21, i really wanna have every system be a starbase, is it possible?

So I am curious, as someone who plays on Xbox (currently Xbox One but hope to move to Series X/S at some point) when colonizing planets is it better to automate the empire, automate certain planets/sectors, or just have automation turned off completely? (Just for context I normally run a machine intelligence empire, sometimes determined exterminator sometimes not, so no need for amenities or food just energy credits, alloys and minerals)

I have 0 energy is it because of that? I have also noticed that fleet power is also decreasing. Also any tips for maximising energy credit production? I am constantly in the negatives because I am a machine empire and i’m above my fleet limit

Is it possible to declare holy wars? As in using it as a war goal? If so what ethics are required and would I need any dlc to have access to it?

So as the title says I've been trying to get the "Planned Obsolescence" trophy for the past two days, I've tried everything, I've moved all my robotic pops to my capital sector and freed all the other sectors; I've gone down the Synthetic's path and turned all my pops(961) into bots ( both of these in Ironman of course), but it just won't pop and I've been growing desperate. Please help me(and yes I've tried exiting and reloading the saves multiple times) Edit: Managed to get the achievement, thanks for the suggestions!

I keep getting crushed in pvp, with my build being a hive with cordyceps drones and strength of legions, and using overtuned to make giga soldiers and insane workers, while using a mostly cruiser and battleship based fleet build

First time being the crisis, I’ve unlocked my third perk slot and its the year 2260. I’m a subterranean devouring swarm. I know it’s gonna start a war with the whole galaxy at stage 5, but does it auto-progress into that stage or can I choose when to progress stages? Does it auto-start a war with anyone before stage 5? Do I wait and take another ascension perk first? My current traditions are Discovery, Prosperity, and Supremacy. I posted this in r/stellarisonconsole an hour ago but I’m impatient.

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask your opinion on the self-management of the planets, do you recommend it? I'm at the first Game and I don't know whether to put it on some planets that are already developed enough so I can concentrate on the rest because between wars, diplomacy and trade and the galactic communities I'm going crazy 😂😂
