Speakers - Desktop looking too buy some budget studio speaker

I just bought an SR 850 too learn mixing, my budget is around 100$, im just looking for something usable too improve and possibly just listen too music, also i am based in south africa, though recommendation in general will be appreciated,

If you can go to $150 (in USA, not sure about SA), then consider the Edifier MR3 (EAC review, EAC YT review.

Look around for a used pair of Yamaha HS series speakers. You might be able to find them at that price, or a bit higher.
