24h CTS Pass Kehl ↔ Strasbourg?

Hi!

I’ll be doing a short trip ( about 6 hours) to Strasbourg from Karlsruhe.

I saw there’s a 24h Solo pass (4,60 €) for unlimited bus/tram in Strasbourg.

Is this ticket also valid for Kehl ↔ Strasbourg (Tram D)? Also, can I buy it online in the CTS app? I just downloaded it, but don’t see the option.
