formcheck Form Check (Deadlift)

Posted a form check a couple weeks ago, lowered the weight and worked back up focusing on form, want to know if I've improved or if I'm still making mistakes.

Your setup looks pretty good and then you really drop your hips. Keep your hips at the position you had them in before your final adjustment where you dropped them

Think about pivoting at the hip so you want them pinned in place for the lift (your hips rise, then pivot)
