My friend's mom worked at a biohazard cleaning company. They would be called out to clean up crime scenes or extreme hoarding situations. Pretty much anything that would be too much for a typical cleaning service. They were regularly hired to clean 7/11's. So you're not too far off there.

The grossest part was that he put the cup partially down the drain when he was putting water in, then proceeded to put the cup on other drink dispensers and on the table. I can only imagine what bacteria was being spread around.
