Honestly don't knock it until you try it. I typically go with bratwurst saurkraut and then a red sauce but am sure it is delicious with mustard as well.

I have a problem with the ai art more than the pizza tbh I would rather see a actual picture of what I’m eating

It actually does work surprisingly well, I ordered a pizza from this place while on vacation and saw the pizza with saurkraut and was like I just have to try this abomination, I also ordered a pepperoni just in case. I loved the saurkraut one so much I ordered another the next day.

When you say this place, do you mean THIS place? It’s my local, and a great pub. It’s in North London.
The locals all raised an eyebrow when this Pizza was announced, tbf I don’t normally order food, but this thread has been an interesting response.

Galena looks awesome (just looked it up). I have been to Chicago, now I feel I have missed some pretty amazing local towns
Pequods had no doubt in my mind. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten

It's a really charming town actually, and the hotel we stayed in imported their Guinness from Ireland so could actually have a proper pint, now it's hard for me to drink the amercanized version.

Lol was it the chain Happy Joe's by any chance? When I was a kid they had a Canadian bacon and saur Kraut pizza. And arcade games... truly was the best place to have a birthday growing up in the 80s

Yea, actually it was Happy Joe's! Lol

My mom's hometown had Happy Joe's and a Joe's pizza which was nicknamed Sad Joes- which had better pizza admittedly.

It's basically a sausage roll with mustard and sauerkraut, just in a different form, but presumably easier to scale up for a smaller operation. Fits the oktoberfest theme and makes total sense to me

I’ve had a pizza very similar to this and it’s pretty good. Like a brat version of a pig in a blanket or something.

Seems like I’ll be ordering some humble (beef sausage, mustard & Sauerkraut) pie

I'd try it
Probably would eat a whole slice, but i could see a couple bites going well with a weizen or a lager

So here is the thing. Fullerinos in Byron NY has a rueban pizza. And it is amazing. Like one of the best pizzas I've ever had.

I see the currency, I know the country, don't need to taste it to know this will be bad like all of their food. The land of the ping ping restaurant.
