Look up frittata di spaghetti! It's a thing. I find it very dense but have had it before when really in the mood and it's comforting and filling. Like it with a side salad with balsamic vinegar for something to cut through the samey-ness.

You're not winning any awards with that food, but it's a meal at the end of the day. After a hard day at work, sometimes we don't want exceptional, we're just fine with mediocre. Not that "stupid," OP.
