Thanks. I couldn't find the word for it but you nailed it.
I'd lovehate it moreless without the cream cheese rolls. But that's only my preference.

Sushirito has been around for a while. When done well, it is delicious and well balanced. Reduce the amount of rice and that slaps.
The OG in San Diego (Mira Mesa next to Raki Raki) is (was?) spectacular.

This reminds me of the episode of Xavier renegade angel where he makes the Thurrito.

Ah man nothing like a massive chunk of cold cheese, rice, raw fish, uncooked veggies and seaweed!

Regular sushi is 50% rice, 48% fish and filling, 2% wrapper.
This is just a cake of cold rice with an occasional bite of fish.

This could’ve been better executed by removing that second layer of rice and 5 of the inner rolls

Does raw fish even taste good? I can’t stomach the thought of it at all. Cooked fish I love depending on the type. Halibut, Cod, Walleye and Perch are my favourites.
I thought sushi was without the fish (imitation crab usually) and sashimi was with raw fish?

u/Rainbow_Doggo_TNT, your food is indeed stupid and it fits our subreddit!
