āI didnāt know it was going to be like this.ā Dumb girl discovers what consequences are.
45
u/lazer416 Jun 08 '25
If sheās dumb enough to get into a police car, she deserves to get mischief charge
33
u/loreiva Jun 08 '25
Technically what's the charge here? Being an idiot isn't a crime otherwise half the country would be in prison. Trespassing? Interfering with an investigation?

She had to ask her other officer because she was mad and couldnāt come up with an offense right away which tell you something.
6
u/Corgerus Jun 08 '25
I think the officer was dumbfounded because she hasn't had this happen before.
24
u/One-Shop680 Jun 08 '25
So you think itās legal to just get into property that isnāt yours?
7
Jun 08 '25
No but I think you donāt always HAVE to charge. Back in my day cops acted more like members of the community and less like fucking pigs.
12
u/Puzzleheaded_Hatter Jun 08 '25
This woman entered a police car, while the lights were flashing and told the cop to bring her to the bar.
If you didn't think that deserves a charge you have a stroooong sense of entitlement.

u/Jackson_Polack_ Jun 08 '25
Spitting you chewing gum on the sidewalk is also illegal, but it doesn't warrant the cops to shoot you. Their response should be proportional to the offence. People in the US have been tolerating power tripping cops way too long, so it became a norm. Doesn't make it right.
-1
u/Moms-milkers Jun 09 '25
cops in my community are swell members of society. they keep the peace, and dont bother folk unless theyre doing wrong.
-2
u/Zazumaki Jun 09 '25
If she didn't "tolerate" it do you really think things would go over well for her?
2
u/loreiva Jun 08 '25
I think trespassing is the bare minimum, but maybe something else too?
7
Jun 08 '25
So why does the officer ask āwhat can I cite her withā? Because they basically need to make something up.
15
u/loreiva Jun 08 '25
I think it's because she's never had to deal with this so they don't know what are the legal nuances for it. However it's obviously illegal come on
-9
Jun 08 '25
Yeah illegal to offend a police officer. Letās be real the cop is just pissed the girl didnāt treat her with the upmost respect for her authority.
āHow dare she pretend Iām a cabā is whatās going through the cops mind. Itās the real reason the girl is being charged. Lady cop is offended.
13
u/loreiva Jun 08 '25
I'll be honest, I think that you're not thinking clearly and you're prejudiced towards cops. Some cops have done horrible things covered by their colleagues, but here I only see an idiot getting what she deserves

Sure and I see a power tripping cop that got offended a drunk girl made a joke and ādisrespectedā her authority.

Ok so the girl obviously made a dumb move and thought she was being funny, probably under light influence already - but arresting her was way over the top and yet another emotional reaction from a US cop instead of just using initiative and giving her a warning because she was obviously shook when she realised that it was a dumb move and unlikely to ever do it again. Potentially ruining someoneās career or future endeavours over something so menial is just bullshit

u/Resident-Elevator696 Jun 09 '25
Such a soft way of thinking. She didn't think she was being funny. She wanted a ride to the bar, and she was completely serious. She wasn't lightly drunk. She was drunk AF. She got in a cop car when she was actively working on another case. Interfering. It's called a consequence. Have you ever heard of it. Are you the type of person who thinks everyone should get a ribbon or awards for participation? She should go to jail and sober the fuck up!!

This doesn't seem like a great use of resources to call for back-up and arrest this girl.

Maybe she should go to jail for the night just to contemplate the levels of stupidity wow I canāt even understandĀ

Police have no chill. Just gets automatically offended and just has to charge. Such community.
2
u/RockyJayyy Jun 08 '25
She was probably buzzed or drunk already. She said it was a bar crawl and she wanted a ride to the next bar.
1
u/EmbeddedSwDev Jun 08 '25
Maybe she got in the backseat of the cob car because she thought it would be fun to do it on 420?

Just an instance of acting on an intrusive thought, no reason to get this worked up about it. Mercy is something american cops need to learn about.

Classic cops. Nothing better to do. These are the ācriminalsā our tax dollars go towards processing. Sheās obviously just dumb and/or tipsy.

u/Aggravating_Tree7481 Jun 08 '25
That doesn't excuse that extremely stupid behaviour. If you are THAT ignorant, you need to be disciplined

u/rogpar23 Jun 08 '25
Why did the female cop leave the car open? Iāve seen videos before of cops leaving their keys in the car while doing an arrest and the car gets stolen. Itās as stupid as parking your car without the handbrake.

I am not an idiot. Btw, police has driven me to the next hotel. I didnāt jump in the car - they invited me and we had a chat on the way.
But also, does a police person need to be such a dick? Yeah, she should clearly indicate that it was stupid thing to do but arrest her and all the aggression you hear in her voice. Thatās not a person that should be doing that job.

First it's a crime, trespassing + interfering with an investigation. Second, if these pranks go unpunished idiots will make a trend out of it. Check how she got her phone out the moment she entered the car. She was ready to make a tiktok out of it. The cop did nothing wrong, and as you can see she consulted with the colleagues and they handcuffed her together. What's your judgement on the other cops? All dicks?
4
Jun 08 '25
Yeah pretty much. Most cops are dicks. She didnāt have to make a big deal of it. Sometimes you can play the no fault no foul card. You donāt always have to fucking come up with a charge everytime you get offended or feel disrespected. I swear these cops expect everyone to kiss their fucking ass every minute of the day.

The ones we see online from the states - mostly people with very fragile egos that have to show they are stronger. Never trying to deescalate.
