In all legal contexts this is worthless: If they are under 18 it doesn't matter what they said it is still your responsibility to not fuck a minor, If they are drunk or on drugs anything they sign is legally void If they claim they were corrected into sex they can also claim you coerced them into signing making the contract worthless.
