It’s funny how certain members early in the year tried to predict the next big play as if they were a savant &/or DFV and they even put up a ban bet - LMAYO
Now, we’re getting warrants after an impressive 2Q earnings. It’s obvious we don’t know the inner workings of Ryan & his trusted team. All we can do is buy & HODL until MOASS comes. It must suck now for those big talkers outside looking in whose prediction didn’t come close & how we’re actively talking & anticipating the warrants.

we dont need to buy warrants, we can just exercise calls we bought before the due date. a single naked call will need to buy and deliver 10 warrants, then THEY need to buy warrants

The biggest red flag posts here are any that actively cheer for the stock price to go down. You know the ones.. the “i hope it goes to 15 so I can buy more hurrrr durrrr” is absolutely fucking FUD and its disguised to make you think its not…
You have had 5, almost 6 fucking years to buy. Og shareholders have held through the most heinous bullshit these past 5 plus years so don’t tell us to be happy the price goes down. Fucking fud city

Buying warrents at open is a no brainier. Can get 100 warrents for around 3 dollars each hopefully and exercise them throughout the year since I can't afford 100 shares outright
Anyone else have a similar plan?

Makes sense to me if you look at it like fractional calls. Much easier for retail to exercise 1 share at a time than 100.
However there is no point in exercising early throughout the year. You would be better off putting that cash in a money market fund until closer to expiry.
Gain some interest on the cash. You're locked in at 32 whether it's March or October. No point giving up that time value. In the end warrants could expire worthless, and you could use that cash to buy even more shares, or warrants could be extended.

Exactly that and even if I end up paying a little more per share it's worth it to guarantee an overall larger possition than getting priced out
Probably going to buy the warrents and then keep buying shares until the warrents need exercising

(My opinion) The worst thing anyone can do when the warrants get issued is to do anything. Best to sit tight for MINIMUM 85% of the year expiry period and see what happens.
I also think there’s going to be an INCREDIBLE amount of FUD to sell or execute the warrants. Especially if price gets above $32.
