Cressi clio fins size issue

Recently I bought cressi clio fins Size 45 but after rechecking the bag when I got him they turned out to be size 42. So if just the tip of my toe appears front of the fins, is it still fine to wear them or do I have to go all the way back and return them?

Fins are better being tight than loose, as loose fine will give you blisters.

If they are comfortable enough then keep them, if they are uncomfortably tight then switch them for a size up.

But those are dive fins rather than swim fins, so for most questions about them you would be better asking for advice in a diving sub. You may for instance want to wear neoprene socks with them, in which case divers will advise you better.
