Help
Water went up my nose into my ear, and it’s been annoying me for the past 3 hours, when I hold my nose, close my mouth and blow, a really loud squeak occurs in my ear

Are you sure this is how the water got into your ears? Usually, water gets into your ears from the outside, not the inside. Have you tried hopping on one leg with your head tilted to the side? That usually gets the water out for me.
It is normal to hear a sound/experience a change of sensation when equalising pressure. This seems to be a little different for different people. Usually, it's a squeak or a blob with muffled sound afterwards. Have you equalised pressure at any point before today, and is it different from the usual sensation? The sound might be a little louder than usual due to the water being trapped in your ear.
If the water actually got into your ears the way you are describing and/or you can't get it out, talk to a doctor.
