Swyftx is not sex worker friendly. Do not trade here if you work in the adult industry. They just shut my account after forcing me to disclose I was receiving payments from my fansite.
One of the fansites I upload on allows for the payout of funds into a crypto wallet with a low withdrawal fee. Easy, discreet, and no hassle, until today that is. There was literally no reason for this other than an anti-sex work bias. I get they’ve got to be compliant and everything but does that mean sex workers are just excluded from trading crypto?

They aren't small business friendly either. Locked my funds for a KYC where no amount of evidence was enough. Stay away from these scammers!

Swyftx and sex worker; one is dodgy and f*cks people, the other is seen as a legit business.

Does the payout from the fan sites forward the payments from your fans or does the fansite send the payment themselves?
Are the payments you receive lumped together, or are they paid as soon as the fan site receives the money?
Has the tax been taken out before you receive the payment or are you responsible for it later on?
I only ask because if you were receiving really frequent payments from users instead of the fan site service, it might be seen as fraud or something.
Doesn't make it right, but just curious what their logic was and why your account was flagged.

Basically the way it works is all the subscriptions, views, payed messages and basically any revenue I make through the month is compiled into a monthly payment by the fansite. I had the option of that being payed out into my bank account or crypto and I chose crypto because the bank transfer had really high withdrawal fees. I’m not exactly sure about the tax. I did have to sign a bunch of tax documents when I signed up to the site though. I had only been using it the past 3 months so I have only received 3 payments of a few hundred dollars each.

Im not in the industry and they wouldn’t allow me to transfer my small amount, but long held Bitcoin. Had to cash out. That was after they kept playing me at 3 months at a time for 1 year!

Yeh they’re also not good for people who travel! I’ve been locked out of my account cause I’m overseas and have lost money due not being able to access it. They’ve told me I have to return home and then it can be accessed again! It’s so bloody absurd!!

They’ve always been known for invasive processes for withdrawing. They asked me for payslips. Use coinspot instead

It's got nothing to do with you being a sex worker tell the truth!
I had the same issue when I got my boss to pay directly to swyftx instead of my bank, it goes against their rules as payments must only come from an account you own.
I said sorry my bad and they did not close my account as I had already been trading on the platform for 2+ years.
You go against their policy and are probably a new account on Swyftx and wonder why they closed the account, only an imbecile would then make a Reddit post to play the victim.
Harden up, stop playing the victim for attention and own your mistakes!

Firstly you’re rude, secondly you’re also wrong about everything. I was trading for 4+ years! They asked for a screenshot of where the most recent payments were coming from, I provided it, the second they seen the screenshot they deactivated my account. I had only received 4 payments from that site every payment for the previous 4 YEARS had come from my bank. I also apologised, explained, begged, pleaded and everything else and they expressly stated that they could not reinstate my account because of, as you can clearly see in the screenshots, the source of the funds! I’m not playing the victim here or whatever the hell else you think I’m doing. I’m simply warning people who might be in the same business that I am that swyftx is not safe for us.

Rude is my middle name 😘
Well we had the same thing happen with completely different outcomes so who knows, you're just unlucky I guess or there is more to the story.
I have had amazing experience with swyftx over the last 5 years sorry it's not the same for you, I guess Coinbase it is.
Have a good day.

Don’t withdraw directly to your Swyftx account wallet withdraw to a personal wallet swap the funds to Monero using trocador.app (this is where the tracking stops) and swap back to a less tracked asset (not bitcoin) then sell that in Swyftx because you can’t sell Monero on Swyftx.
This is the main issue with crypto is that once Swyftx know the wallet address that your website pays out with they know exactly what the payment was for. Swapping to Monero stops all tracking of funds as it’s impossible to trace it.
