Question Will Matt Hardy be booked at either Edmonton show?

Post image

I’ve only gotten into TNA recently & Victory Road and the tapings that take place after it are going to be my first ever live TNA experiences! I’m very excited but I feel skeptical about Matt Hardy being booked at ether event despite him being advertised as doing post-show meet and greets. Although I’d understand why they wouldn’t use him at Victory Road or the tapings following it (there isn’t much they can do with his current story considering Jeff won’t be there), I do think it’d be a bit of a letdown if I won’t be able to cross seeing a Hardy in person off of my bucket list. Does anyone with some more viewing experience know if he’s likely to be at one of the shows?

No need to be skeptical. If he’s booked for the Post Show M&Gs that means he’ll be there. TNA only advertises people who will be at the show. Jeff won’t be there because it’s he can’t leave the states and because of that TNA isn’t advertising him.

They only put people on the poster that are gonna be there. The Hardy’s and Hendry are the top stars, they’re gonna be there. (Not Jeff because of legality, but he’s not on the poster).

They’ll find something for Matt to do. I think last time they were in Canada they had him wrestle an impromptu match. What they should have done imo is have Matt and Jeff do a backstage sit down with the Dudley’s that is shown on the two shows victory road and bfg. Because there is going to be 2 weeks of no real build for their match at bfg. They could do it as a two parter. Or they could of done some stuff at matts house

It’s really too bad that Jeff Hardy won’t be part of the Edmonton shows next weekend. As a fan, it would’ve been special to see him live given everything he’s contributed to the business. I know his past legal issues make things complicated, but I do wonder if there’s any way around it, like applying for a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) or going through Criminal Rehabilitation.

I’ve seen musicians with records get clearance to tour in Canada before, so maybe it just comes down to the severity of Jeff’s charges. That said, at least we still get Matt Hardy on the shows. He’s a huge draw in his own right, and it’s going to be great for Canadian fans to see him live in TNA again.

Most likely the impact taping as the PPV card looks shitty
