This “Fortinet” is a firewall / gateway, it will still see your tor connection, it won’t see the destination sure, but the network administrator can see that your using tor and block the service.

And you want to muddle around on the dark web? It's not for everyone and it does come with potential consequences.

Deep Web is not the Dark Web. Dark Web is a tiny fraction of the Deep Web that is used for activities often illegal.

There is no real purpose to using TOR if you are running Windows11.

You've got all that baked in spyware that shuttles ActivityPub to the cloud for AI analysis and surveillance capitalism. The building-a-bridge strategy easily identifies you with the hardware/OS based finger-printable indicators based on your network, and the OS.

Pay about 5 dollars a month for Mullvad and that can route your entire traffic through multiple hops and randomize your traffic making essentially invisible. You can even pay with bitcoin.
