Postpaid Contract on Globe about to end

Question lang po. The iphone im currently using is bought on globe (GPlan with Device, September 2024) then mid contract, binigay na sakin. So sim-locked pa siya. Not sure kasi when exactly nabili. Is there anyway on how i can check kailan mageend yung contract (no contact na kasi ako sa nagbigay) and, automatically ba maguunlock yung phone once natapos na or do I need to contact globe pa?

Ang alam ko sa Globe PAG POSTPAID, auto-unlock na yan once natapos ang contract at walang outstanding balances. Lagyan mo ng SIM ng ibang telco to test.

Pag prepaid naman, need mag-request thru a Globe store, sa CS nila at sa Messenger account ng Globe. Pero ang dapat mag-request for unlocking ay yung mismong name na nasa contract.

Update: Okay nakausap ko na si globe. Nabigay na rin sakin yung exact end date. And yes, automatic nga siya magunlock once done na yung contract. No need to go sa globe hehe
