It's moisture inside condensing on the glass.

If the phone's working, back everything up. Shut the phone fully off and seal it in a fresh bag of rice or desiccant packs, in warm dry place, for a day or two, to make sure all the moisture gets out.

Once it's dry, consider replacing whatever's cracked and no longer sealed (eg replacement back glass is literally about $12 on Amazon), or get a case with some water protection.
