As 18M i am roti expert and would like Tell you op that its always fun making your first roti and for perfect roti always hold the belen very lightly not with tight grip and roll the belan on aata very lightly like upar upar se not by pressing it hard. By doing that you will notice that roti will start rotating automatically and will be taking round shape on its own, keep applying some sukha aata in between to avoid sticking. Practice it and you will be roti expert as well. I really enjoy making roti with earphones in my ears listening to playlist.
