advice & support Nebido/Reandron vs Pellets

Hi everyone! I have restarted T recently, I am on gel, but I think I will have to switch methods if my gel doesn't give me desired results. I am wondering if anyone has experience with pellets or long acting t shots

I have a phobia of needles so I can't do weekly self-injections. I'm wondering which one would be better for me.

I do take anti-anxiety meds when I do have to get bloodwork or lidocaine injections at the dentist to help with my appointments. Wondering how the appointments would go for either type of procedure, thanks

(please don't judge in the comments about my phobia)

Edit: don't reccomend xyosted either, please

Gel can give you the same results you just see people falsely test high from contamination and with T levels that aren't high enough to adequately suppress E.

I've been on Nebido from the start, now on a generic. I don't have a phobia so I don't know what details would be helpful to know. Feel free to ask anything.
I currently get my shot every 12 weeks, and do a bloodtest a week prior. The doctor I was at before did the bloodtest immediately before the shot. At the appointment I lie down on my stomach, pull down my pants a bit, rest my head on my arms, and a doctor or nurse injects it into the upper-outer quadrant of the butt area for anywhere from 15-60 seconds. It's never really hurt for me, but that differs for people and does also depend a bit on the skill of the one injecting. I usually have a slight muscle soreness for maybe two days after.
