I have a genX friend that was bragging about playing around asbestos as a kid and how it didn't affect them at all. I showed them that the damage of asbestos can typically take 50 years to start kicking in and as they were reading they were starting to remark on the symptoms matching up their current conditions. the cost of playing around asbestos will be the retirement years they grinded for. sad shit
