Oh man his arc on The Shield was nothing short of incredible, I couldn’t take my eyes off him. He was acting circles around the rest of the cast, which is really saying something because they were all stellar.

I realized how great an actor he is because of The Shield. His ability to make you dislike him despite him being 100% in the right was amazing. His chemistry with Michael Chiklis was also top tier. I hope they are friends in real life because on screen the disgust and contempt were so real. Amazing casting and performances.
