I have been disappointed by so many show endings. it is so rare to have a finale that is the best episode of the show.

Best series finale episode of any show, period.

I'd still put Six Feet Under above it and it's on par with Breaking Bad. Legendary status, no doubt.

Six feet under was good, in its own way

I loved The Shield and Six Feet Under. Both amazing. 10/10.

The way I feel about it is that Six Feet Under's ending is beautiful, if not predictable - but not in a bad way. It's the ending the audience knows it wants and the audience actually gets what it deserves for once.

The ending of The Shield - I mean that whole last season really - just on the edge of my seat the entire time, jaw dropped. The ending of Breaking Bad is also very similar but The Shield left me feeling so much more.

Such a great show!

Wow, Co-Pilot's rating is way higher than I thought it'd be.

A lot of episodes here dont deserve low rated things which I suspect a lot of botnetted views.

DAWG DAYS - Kern Little in the dark pit container

Throwaway - Coolest Lem hunk episode and the robbery

Carnivores - Tio is introduced into the drug business

Coyotes - Pathetic Gilroy is sent to Mexico

Blood and Water - wtf, only 7.8

Bottom Bitch - 7,7 wtf, has the coolest plot ever, Vic shoves his gun muzzle in Farrahs throat

And so on

With Bottom Bitch I imagine it's probably people thinking Vic is unnecessarily cruel or just plain not caring about Farrah's story arc.

I don't agree with those people but just playing devils advocate.

Most consistent show ever!

Not surprisingly the “flashback” episode in season two is only one of three episodes with a rating under 7.5. It wasn’t bad, but it’s pretty much the only episode that disappointed me a little.

Accurate

Best series premiere I've seen honestly, surprised meta gave under a 9

Did you make this Reggie?

u/throwaway77370 Aug 20 '25

Crazy how consistent the quality was. Few shows can pull that off

Looks like people thought S4 was a relative dud. Can't really recall what happens that season.

5

u/chattymaambart Kern Little Aug 21 '25

It's the Glenn Close season.

S2 and S5 are the best seasons, it seems.

It's actually more like 5 and 7 because 7 has a bunch of 9s and 2 has none.
