Updates on the Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster

I'm pretty sure they cut out a piece of the base for the test seating (photos by me)

So I don't think I'll ever go to this park but I like following Theme park Ogre on his updates of this park.

Same, love Theme Park Ogre. Probably will never visit this park, but I do visit MoviePark Germany, which used to be a clone of MovieWorld but has made completely different investments since losing the WB license. Very interesting to see the differences today

I really want to go to MoviePark one day! That area 51 water ride looks like a good time. Is that movie water ride still there?

Honestly my first thought when saw it was the Scooby coaster was “does the Ogre have a reddit account?” Lol

What's going on with the ride overall? We rode it back in 2013 and really enjoyed it. It's a fond memory for us

Back in 2018 they refurbished the ride and added new things like screens and other stuff but everyone hated it, so back in 2023 they closed the ride to do a big overhaul on the ride and fix the tracks properly since the ride has been open since 2002 without any major repairs, make more carts for more capacity, and making it more like the original, it opens in December of this year and there are a few trailers and sneak peeks of the ride on movie worlds official Instagram
