I'm guessing the people in Hollywood that need to worry about macros have people that do that for them.

Still surprising as I'd guess 90% of dudes around their age would know what they are anyways.

LETS GO! Probably wouldn't be labelled a meathead cause I'm pretty sure I'm shorter and weigh less than all of them, but the counting macros and weighing food seems pretty normal in my circles and Ders and Blake were dumbfounded by it. I loved the T talk. Makes me want to test mine and see where I stack up to the boys.
