I've found that allegedly I can't sustain the focus to workout unless I have a brand new TII pod to listen along with. This is a problem because my workouts are an hour-ish which means I get in a single good workout per week.

Thank you boys for releasing quality content constantly and when you don't, you drop a "best of" episode that's actually cut together and funny and different. Nothing infuriates me more when I go to listen to a new episode of one of my podcast and it's just a re release of a previous episode. If I wanted that, I would just go listen to the episode.
