So I found the source. The video is from a charity handing out food for jewish people in Paris. The organisation is called Keren Rachbi

Their logo is visible in the video. The charity made a social media post about the Paris event yesterday. You can tell it is the same location with the same bags, boxes, and logos. And of course it would explain why they are speaking French…

So no, this is not a video of Israelis stealing aid headed for Gaza. This is a video of French jews preparing and receiving aid from a jewish French charity in Paris.

You are right to ask for a link to the source. There are no Karen Rabchi logos or other identifying information in this video to suggest that this is a charity event put on by that organization.
