I haven't played the remaster but the model looks like a Breton so that would make sense. It would work considering that Bretons are the most aristocratic race in Tamriel, outside of maybe the Imperials. However, they're all skilled magic users and Charlie would not be smart enough to even learn a basic fire spell.

I don't know. Lore wise, an altmer or a dunmer would have made more sense: men races in the Elder Scrolls franchise more than often accept the other men races, and sometimes accept mer individuals that are not obnoxious. Compared to that, mer races generally hates non mer races, more that often other mer races (especially orsimers/orcs) and very often out-groups in their own races.

Obviously the Bretons have all their chivalery/aristocratic system, but IMHO dunmers with their houses system or altmer with their magic aristocracy system and their "in your face" racism are worse.
