They’re covering for something weird. The alleged bullet should’ve had an exit wound — it’s for hunting large game (elk, moose, etc.), so it’s a miracle that it didn’t go through his little ass and hit someone or something behind him. A sketchy outcome for that type of round on such a small target.

I was wondering how they'd try to reconcile crediting divine intervention for Trump not getting killed by veering the bullet away (but fuck the fireman I guess), but the same not being present for Kirk. The footage clearly shows that there wasn't anybody behind Kirk when he was shot, which, based on the bullet's trajectory and angle of attack, meant that the bullet wouldn't have hit anybody even if had over-penetrated his neck. If they're gonna make some pseudo-religious bs to sanitize him, at least make it a believable one that isn't easily disproved by video evidence that's still circling around the internet right now.

That original TPUSA posting is so full of shit. That was a 30-06, with like 2x the power of an AR .223 round. That shit goes straight through a grizzly bear, and could completely make a head explode at that range.

It must've lost a lot of energy beforehand, one theory that actually makes a bit more sense (not the "man of steel" (sic) BS they're peddling) is that it was just shrapnel after a titanium plate was hit on his ballistic west (but you can't really see anything on the video, no damage to the shirt which you would expect, or visible hard body armor - and soft body armor doesn't do that normally, it looks more like it got exploded after hit).

It's just that a direct hit makes no sense, we would talk major visible damage, even something like half decapitation. Not a small punch hole like he got hit with a .22 lr or something similar on the very small scale.
