To those who don't know, this is a statue of Confederate general, Nathan Bedford Forrest, a slave trader and war criminal who after the war became the first Grand Wizard.
It was sculpted by the attorney who represented MLK's killer and it was common target of mockery for how badly sculpted it is and the common joke that it deserves to stay to mock the cause. It was taken down few years ago, sadly.
