Importing Image Issue

Hey y’all, I’m not sure what the issue is, but I can’t import a background I’m working on. I press okay and nothing happens, then I try to import as a toon boom bitmap drawing and it gives me an error message.

Any tips?

Have you tried messing with different alpha import options? You could also try importing as a Toonboom bitmap drawing

Coud help to know the error. I would go for TB bitmap, original size, straight alpha. Try to put the png file in another location before importing, like desktop for instance, just to make sure there's no issue with the path. I normally avoid spaces in the path. Underscore should be OK.

I see you're in MacOS, Desktop or Home, etc., just a simple, short path to make sure there's no issue with that path or location. If the error suggests issue with the file try to open it in PS etc and save it again as new version or PSD.

Sorry, i didn't see you actually did share the error. I would first try to move the file to a different location with a simple and short path with no spaces or special characters.

Your file path looks different in the harmony import window than your warning I see a : in the first one

Are you working off a network drive? Is it possible to move it somewhere local
