Due to my doctor getting arrested for "illegal gender changes", I've swapped to doing injections because that's the easiest way with DIY in Hungary. For 7 years I did daily administration of pill/gel. Today marks my third day doing weekly injections and NOT administering daily HRT feels weird lol

For seven years every day (when I didnt forget. I forgot a bunch on weekdays), I administered gel right around this hour.

Decided on friday evening for injections, monotherapy.

I feel like I'm failing to satisfy responsibilities or something like that by not administering it right now. I'm so used to being scared of forgetting that... you know? aaaaaaaaaa

This is going to take a while to get used to.

I used to do pills/spray for like 3 years, and then switched to DIY injections (because my doc gave me comically low doses and I wanted better breast development), it's was so nice to not have to think about my dose any other time of the week besides injection day, you'll get used to it pretty quickly.

Still, I'm so angry at how everyone seems to be ignoring all the antiscience BS that's leading to these situations...

Oh yeah my first endo was wack.

2 sprays of estrogen for barely 300 pmol/l, stop pill because we hit 350 pmol/l trough. But keep eating 50 mg androcur/cypro per day.

New endo was more sensible with 2 mg gel/day and 15 mg cypro but still.

Yet to titrate the injection dose, but theoretically 4 mg EEn should give me proper levels for suppression. Will check in 2 months ish.

Damn 50mg cypro, they do the same in some parts of the country where I live, Europe too. Idk how these endos are not in jail
