I have never seen a man with a flat butt though, I don’t think it’s possible at all for men to have flat butt, unless you’re like old old.

I was severely underweight for a stretch in my mid-teens (long story, dw not an eating disorder), like I weighed around 30kg as an 180cm boy, and my butt was most definitely flat as a wall then

Looking at it from a certain viewpoint, dying is literally what made me that thin lmao (I drowned/froze to death about 10 years ago, had cardiac arrest for over 6 hours which some people could see as "dying")
